②Accommodation Fee

We provide a condominium residence and homestay options for students. The condominium residence is recommended for people who would like to make a lot of friends. Homestay is recommended for people who would like to experience American culture.

Condominium Residence(Shared Condo) Prices

*Placement fee is a one time payment. It's not refundable.
If our airport pickup service is NOT requested, $30 will be added to the placement fee.
**Security deposit will be refunded after move-out, minus a $15 processing fee, provided there is no damage or loss.
※Your accommodation will be provided by Student Service America.

Homestay Prices
